The place is good enough! Pretty close to the city centre, there are several shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. Room facilities could be upgraded. Cleaning could be better. The main issue it was soundproofing, you can hear everything from corridor, some guests were really noisy))

We liked the location, the service from the staff, the excellent restaurant with buffet options for breakfast, and mostly ala carte for other meals. The toilets are particularly clean and functional even though it lacks natural light. We had an ambience room with windows on two sides. We would have wished for a room with spotless walls, and more space. Considering the corridors are pristine clean, with drinking water on every level, we think the room was a slight disappointment. Also, thin and thicker pillows must be provided to suit every person's comfortable pillow height. The pillows provided were too thick.

Lovely location in the heart of the town. Service and front office staff are really lovely, go out of their way to help you. The building is quite dated from the outside and their gym was under maintenance. The rooms itself are clean and well kept, a bit dated but simple and does the job.

A super friendly and luxurious hotel to stay in. I was there for 2 nights and it was splendid. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We availed their spa services and it was worthy every penny. Mr.Febin was truly awesome. Main aspects are that the staff are super friendly and they're always welcoming. Would recommend for sure.

Grand plaza hotel is very nice to stay in Munnar. Situated within city centre, having the nice mountain view from the room. Front desk staff were also very kind and helpful. Hospitality is perfect. Room service was even faster than I expected. Taste of the food is mouthwatering.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
