I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offered a delightful variety, and the dishes were not only delicious but also presented with care. A fantastic dining experience overall, and I highly recommend it for both the delectable cuisine and top-notch service.

Rooms are clean, new and neat. Service was mostly good. But at times the front desk guys didn’t understand English or Kannada and misinterpreted on a few occasions. The kitchen service was great especially when there was a customer relationship person around. They wholeheartedly offered us multiple options, made special arrangements to suit our special diet and ensured we were well fed and didn’t go empty stomach. It would be good to always have a customer friendly staff and not just the waiters. Overall, a great experience. We would come back here and would recommend to others.

This hotel is really great, considering its price (about Rs 3500 a night) and location (West of Chord Road and 60 Feet Road, Rajajinagar). The staff, including the front desk people, the plumber, and the room cleaners, are friendly, kind, cooperative, responsive, and helpful. We were greeted with a cool, refreshing drink. There were newspapers and even pens, paper pads, and chocolates for us. The room we stayed in (a double with 2 single beds) was very clean, neat, convenient, and not cluttered. There were many surprising extras: a yoga mat, a hair dryer, a clothes iron, and nice toiletries. There was just enough furniture for a compact room. (My only caveat is that the room is quite compact.) There is a phone. The WiFi works alright. The hot water in the shower comes quickly at all times of the day. The beds are very comfortable. There is some noise (from 5C Resto Pub & Kitchen, I think), but for us it was very quiet after about 11:00 pm. The AC is good. The TV is alright (an Amstrad), but there are very few choices of things to watch on it besides some news channels and YouTube.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, but I did notice a discrepancy in the menu pricing. The menu displayed at the reception had different prices compared to the in-room menu. This inconsistency was a bit confusing. Despite this, the service and accommodations were satisfactory, but it would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure consistency in their pricing information

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
