This place is a hidden gem! We go for direct booking and the staff was really humble and supportive! The manager showed us around with rooms and resort area and it was really beautiful! The services are 10 on 10! Room was neat and equipped! Washrooms are also clean and have hot water supply. The staff was humble and quick. We took the forest faced rooms. At night the place is so so beautiful with all fairy lights and peace. The magic show was awesome we really enjoyed it. The only thing which was average was food didn't liked the dinner much but breakfast was good! Apart from this this place is 10 on 10 and would recommend it again for sure

The accommodation was good, but there were concerns with the food section, particularly regarding hygiene and service. I shared this feedback with the owner and their team, hoping for improvements. I'd recommend it primarily for the stay only.. Additionally, the road from the main road to the hotel is lonely, around 400 meters and quite dark at night. But hotel have internal roads, garden and activity area as well where you can spend good time..

Beautiful property with amazing staff and hospitality. Perfect place for a family to come and spend some quality time. The food is incredible and feels like a food healthy home cooked meal. Perfect for people who are looking for a quick getaway. It’s close to the market and really helpful if you’re someone like to walk.

Amazing resort in Mahabaleshwar. The duplex rooms are completely worth it! The resort is very peaceful especially the swings near the tree house. The food is very homely and the resort has quick room service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
