        Stay in your hotel was indeed I selected best one I felt. Though my stay with my family was one night & checked out morning, it was very relaxing with no noise after long journey & followed by business meeting. Rooms was comfortable and totally satisfied with the stay. Staff were polite & my request was also arranged with 2 rooms closeby. However, we missed to have breakfast at your place, but your reminding & checking was very thoughtful. Thank you team for warm welcoming, Amenities, customer service and hygiene/clean in the room. Hopefully next visit to Coimbatore, will book the rooms with you. Would be great, if inhouse restaurant is available. It will be really help for elderly family members to have food at the hotel instead traveling outside during nights

        Two months ago, my wife and I stayed at this hotel. After checking in we went out and returning at 7:00 pm, I asked the staff about parking, and they said it was fine. However, between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, they called three times offering dinner, which I declined each time. The real problem came at 10:30 pm when they unexpectedly called me to move my car due to arriving guests. This frustrated me as I was already asleep, and it disrupted my night. If they had called before 10:00 pm, it wouldn't have been as bad. I shared my experience on Google Maps at 11:30 pm. If you're thinking about staying there, my advice is to disconnect the landline(it's super loud) for added privacy because they didn't respect mine. Also parking area is conjusted.

        Pleasant stay. Tasty breakfast and it was complementary. The best part was you can book it for 24 hours starting anytime in the day. Only local tv channels and limited time hot water.

        Good rooms , but heavy price. 2800. And idiotic staffs who will call you even at night. Now I found that he replied saying they called me at 9:45 but they called me at 10:30pm. Also my car was parked after asking their two staff members only, can I park this side and both of them said ok. Also they requested to remove this comment in the morning while we checked out. Message to hotel. Please give value to our privacy.

        This is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Dodgy front office, giving false information about the room. Went to the room and it look like the hotel is being operated for last 50years. Bedsheet is dirty, cockroaches were running everywhere. Food is really terrible. Not tasty at all. The food place is also looked run down. Wifi connection needed to be reminded multiple times. The front office staff sleeping on the lobby as we decided to checked out early. Water bottles for double occupancy were given only one bottle. There was no coffee tea amenities given either... 4.7 rating in IBIBO was another wonder which is absolutely unacceptable. When we complain to the front office staff, he was rudely saying upon your stay in other hotel, you didn't see any other cockroaches? This was the first complaint out of 4 to 5 years of his working experience.. I strongly won't recommend this hotel.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
