Food is very good / room upkeep is very average / towels were not available - only 1 given per room as it had gone for laundry and would give next day after 11 - this sounded very strange and very inconvenient. Staff is good - price is reasonable but can improve on upkeep

It was the most reasonable stay we had.The hotel staff were on their toes for any help required. We were on a girls trip n the staff members made us feel safe n were anytime approachable. Food quality and quantity was amazing. Rooms were neat and spacious A very safe place to visit for stays with families.

Stayed on this hotel for 4 days. It was a really great experience. Service, food and hospitality was awesome. Rooms are clear, hotel staffs are very good and well behaved, very cooperative. Candolim beach and main road are not too far from the Hotel. Everything else like renting Bike or Car is also not very far from the Hotel. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and recommended others to go and enjoy your holiday peacefully. I must thank to the owner of this Hotel for maintaining such a wonderful environment.

I stayed here with my wife for 3 days in this hell resort. Overall it's worst experience ever. I won't recommend anyone to stay here. Below are some glimpse of this resort. - Dirty rooms & almost whole place is full of insects. - Swimming pool contains water with harmful chemicals. - All People from Staff are disaster. Especially the person who stays on Reception During day time , was threatening people about saying that he's local of Goa. He can do anything to you. I WARN ANY WOMAN TO STAY HERE , IT'S NOT SAFE. - They are putting extra damage charges during checkout. They kept dirty cushion cover & asked for money from guest for it. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE FOR FAMILY STAY !!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
