A decent stay option. Slight steep enterance Limited underground parking space Compact lobby Quick heck-in experience Welcoming staffs. Mine was a direct late night check-in so didn't have room options to pick from. The room was a compact but a very comfortable one for two people. It was well maintained. Complementarities: Tea bags, coffee sachets, milk powder, water bottle. Breakfast Bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, brush and paste. Good value for money.

This a very good and hygienic hotel to stay. The rooms are very clean and neatly maintained. The place is located in the main city and restaurants are close to hotels. Both veg and non veg restaurants are available near the hotel. The bus stand is also near to the hotel. The only negative thing is the space inside the room, they could improve the space. Otherwise the hotel is very good and also the bathrooms are also very neat and hygenic.

The hotel is good neat and clean, But in this name of the description the room is unfriendly, Max room available name is called as a twin room 2 twin bed, don't book they offer you a single switch for phone charge. The room is also small in size for 1700 + GST and breakfast what i booked in the situation of late night. In Bangalore it is 1500 + breakfast Hotel UT Elegance 24 hrs i booked last month 2023 For two person If 12 hrs charges to be less thn 1300 If 24 hrs charges to be 1700 this will be reasonable to get more customers.

Location is top-notch, service is ok(no compliments). Parking is fine too some 6 to 7 cars easily fit in ground floor parking area. Faced some issues during my stay, 1. Access key is not working, so do the traditional key. Each time when you are out, you have to request them to open it for you. 2. Bad smell in bathroom, quite normal in hotels but this one is quite bad. 3. Too small for even 1 person to stay. For 2, it will be really difficult. 4. I booked through MMT, costed me 1.3k I hope it's a good deal after discount. Otherwise this place is not worth more than that.

Superb property and epitome of luxury....if you have good money with no Budget constraints then go ahead..... Food is excellent and exceptional. Beats all 5 stars I have visited till now. Staff is extremely professional and cordial. Staff is very well trained and makes every guest feel special. Thanks a million again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
