I have booked a room paying an advance of rs.2000. While check in I noticed that the rooms not clean and locality also not good. Rate also very high.So I cancelled the room. But still after 7 days I am not get my refund. Every body giving some reason. I think they cheated me. So never ever stay in the hotel. I will give -ve rating such a cheating persons.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Parking available only for 1 four wheeler, rest need to park on narrow roads. Avoid peak season since the rates are very high. Budget hotel with basic amenities.

This hotel room was clean and net and toilet also good room maintained boy is very helpful person location is near bay boathouse and bustand and railway station and veg and Nonveg hotel and market shopping near by hotel green apple residences very helpful in hotel staff ❤️❤️❤️

Good hotel and good for stay. Very small rooms the surrounding area is very local and congested. Plus point is its very nearby ooty bus stand and railway station (400m). No Parking. And small rooms

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
