*Pet friendly and with lovely view balcony rooms* Visited here with family and totally loved the place. The location is perfect as it's easy to do the sightseeing. Even if you don't want to do sight seeing then this is the perfect spot for relaxing. The food here is absolutely delicious, The breakfast had an amazing buffet. Rooms are spacious and clean. We opted for a deluxe room that was facing a coffee plantation and they had a balcony where we could relax, have snacks and coffee with an amazing view of nature. The staff is really well trained and friendly. Special mention to Emmanuel and Hafiz, keep up the good work.

This property boasts an excellent location and top-notch hospitality that truly stood out during our delightful three-day stay. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful and cooperative, enhancing our overall experience. While the food was satisfactory, there's room for improvement in that aspect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a stay!

What a view! A very relaxing place. The service was really prompt and polite. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is quiet as well, helping us relax and be away from usual hustle bustle of the city life. Food was good too, it is home style, not hotel style. Also better to order Indian food than Chinese or something else, tastes better. The quantity was also sufficient. They have a recreation room as well and it is well maintained. The winding roads to this property just add to the experience. It feels completely safe here.

Location is the highlight of this property and the winding roads which lead to this place were beautiful. Decent room and clean bathroom with required amenities. Service was good especially Mr. Ali who took care of our needs was very friendly. Play area and indoor games was good. The major con is that the food at the restaurant was below average. But overall it was a pleasant stay

We stayed for couple of days. The rooms, service, staff behavior was good. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Very homely. Tv and wifi was also great. A perfect holiday stay for couples and family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
