Ambiance: ★★★★★ The resort is nestled in the serene hills of Kodaikanal, offering breathtaking views that make it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The lush green surroundings and the cool, crisp mountain air added to the overall tranquility of the place. Accommodation: ★★★★★ The rooms were not only spacious and well-maintained but also tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities provided made our stay extremely enjoyable. Each room had large windows that allowed us to wake up to stunning panoramic views every morning. Hospitality: ★★★★★ The staff at Green Pastures went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Excellent resort. Romantic place.. Food was also fine. Good staff behaviour and service. A definite place to stay at Kodai, a complete greenery environment. Only disadvantage: it’s almost 6 km far from city

Me and my friends stayed at this resort for 2 nights 3 days and it was really awesome overall. The place has great views, it's well maintained and definitely value for money. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff is also very polite and helpful. There are a bunch of great places for photography and activities to enjoy. I'll definitely visit again sometime.

Had an amazing stay with great views. However due to less crowd during off seasons, the buffet service was unavailable and it took them long to serve us breakfast. Not everything on the menu was available. Please be ware of the quantities of food while ordering food for room service as i had different quantities on two different days. Rooms were of average size and provisions ! If not for the view and location it was not worth the amount paid .

Done exploring the cliché tourist spots in Kodai and in search of a serene, comfortable, pleasant, and peaceful resort for a perfect getaway? Consider this one on your list. I must appreciate the efforts put in by the management into building such a beautiful place and maintaining it with utmost care. The resort is about 5 KM from the town, built over a small downhill which has the advantage of being designed the same in multiple layers. From the parking area/entrance, we need to step down 2 floors for the rooms. So it would be difficult for elderly people. We chose the Deluxe and Premium Suite. The interiors of both rooms are almost identical, featuring two comfortable sofas and a mini kitchen area equipped with a kettle and a refrigerator. The balcony of the Premium Suite opens to a spectacular valley view and the well-designed exterior of the resort. Both rooms are provided with a heater and a floor fan, ensuring comfort on chilly nights with perfectly insulated walls. The exterior boasts a party/campfire area with a stage for occasional programs on one side and a kids' play area on the other side. The central part of the property is the highlight, featuring multiple small bridges over small streams. Complimentary breakfast includes both English and South Indian dishes. Suggestions: An elevator in the main building would have been much better. Tiles in the rooms and bathrooms are not super modern (but clean) when compared to the exterior beauty. It appears that the resort underwent renovations, transitioning from a standard exterior to the current stone cladding. Apart from that, we enjoyed the stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy
