A lovely heritage hotel on the banks of Ganges. Wake up early in the morning to get great pictures of the sunrise from the roof top restaurant. Walking distance to all amenities and temples. Hotel can arrange a boat to see the evening Ganga arti from an elevated boat from the Ganges (free for guests, do take mosquito repellent) Continental free breakfast, lunch and dinner are served for ₹₹₹

Beautiful place to stay, right on the banks of Ganges. All the main ghats are easily accessible. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous and made sure all our requests were taken care of. We unfortunately came during a boat strike but they arranged for all possible transport including boat rides from the hotel. Food at the hotel restaurant is great and so is the service. Overall an amazing stay for the family.

The location is superb,food is good but the front desk staff specially Mr.ISHWAR is very arrogant in his behaviour.he is going to lose out on customers for the hotel,if not addressed by the authorities.Had bad experience as far as the front desk staff is concerned. As correctly said by someone,if u want lose ur self respect you shd visit here. The base staff is nice and courteous but all in vein as your first experience only ruins your holiday mood. They do not arrange any musical event or any such thing which is offered in your package. Request the authorities to look into the matter as you really really have a beautiful property.if not taken care ,it may be disadvantage for you..may be!!!

Apologies, however, the behaviour of restaurant staff seemed unprofessional. They appeared to be unwelcoming to us and denied dining or take-away service for food. Suggestion- If the restaurant is closed or completely reserved, kindly put up a banner or note at the entry so that we may plan our day accordingly. Also, when we asked the staff for pre-booking the table for next day, they stood clueless. Pls make sure this is worked upon, anyways the restaurant location is great and always a delight to sit near the Ganges.

The hotel is over rated. I was expecting, carpeted rooms in winters. Rooms are small. Washroom is gud. Open cafe is good and specially, Bunty singh Farrera is an entertainer and an expert advisor. This restored property can improve in many ways. The live music is good 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
