We recently stayed in this hotel during our trip to Kashmir for a night. I am really thankful that we stayed just for the night only. This is an honest review and I hope to save others by not getting fooled by good ratings and reviews for the hotel in google. I don’t understand why their prices are so high( apparently everything is expensive in Gulmarg). First of all, to reach the hotel from main road is a complete disaster. It’s an uphill trek with slippery road. They provide Pony which is not always available if you want to roam around later. Please be careful while travelling with children and elderly people as this will be very challenging for them. Talking about the rooms, rooms are very small and nothing is visible from window. Only good part is, they provide room heaters so you can feel warm despite of cold outside. Service is very poor. One person is taking order, serving ( probably also cooking, god knows !)and it takes forever to get your food( also correctly as they served different food than what we ordered). Food is overpriced and very average in taste. Morning buffet was served almost 45 mins late after multiple follow ups. Overall very unpleasant stay and I recommend others not to stay here at all.

I was at Ski Hill Resort for my anniversary trip. Stayed here for 2N/3D. Had a pleasant stay and a lovely experience. The staff at the Hotel is very Warming, Welcoming and helpful. Especially the Hotel Manager ‘Soukat’ was very accommodative and took care of our needs during our stay really well. The food here is not fancy yet very tasty and fresh. Loved all my meals I had here. As this hotel is situated at a hilltop, it offers amazing view of the Gulmarg valley. The ride from the base of the hill in an ATV is really adventurous. One can also opt a pony ride from the base till the hotel which is absolutely free.

Amazingly beautiful resort , it is on the top of the hill and gives a 360 degree view around the hill and we could see the snowy mountains and the ski area right from our window, they take you up till the resort from main road on a pony so it is an added adventure to your trip , I was traveling with my 1 year old son and he was super excited about the ride , the staff provided food for my toddler at no extra cost , they provide snow boots as well at no cost , the room had heaters and the bed and blankets had electric heater so rooms were also very warm despite the minus temperature outside, the bonfire was cherry on the cake.The food was very tasty and the hospitality was top notch.The staff right from the chef to helpers and the pony riders are very professional and the owner is a great person. Overall our stay was great and on our next trip I will definitely book the same again.

Very pleasant stay at Gulmarg. Location of the Hotel is at lush green area and there is very clear view of snow covered mountains from the window. Service of the ground staffs are outstanding specially Shawkat Bhai. They try to do every possible things to make your stay amazing and memorable. One should must go for it if you are planning Gulmarg trip. ☺️

We stayed in this beautiful property for 3 days and we wish we could stay more because the location of the property is one of the best in Gulmarg. All staff are welcoming and very co operative if you are planning with children then this is the best place I can recommend. Cheers to all staff and Imtiaz bhai for the hospitality!!😊🙏🏼

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
