This seems to be slightly less known hotel, located very well. We had a room with a view of the snow capped mountains and the gondola ride! Its right in front of the gondola ride. They even have heated beds, which was amazing since it was cold. At this location, while all the other hotels nearby are significantly higher priced, this turned out to be a great option for us. My stay was for 2 nights and I enjoyed staying here . The rooms are very comfortable and neat. The location is great , it is hardly 5 mins walk to Gondola ride. The staff was very nice to us , they gave free taxi ride to us for khyber. We even got bonfire , hukka, music at a very decent rate. Slightly expensive but totally worth it . The food was simply amazing . There are hotels which are much expensive than this but the food there is just not upto the mark , so if we compare Gulmarg Woods is worth the money. Tip : Book directly , you'll get a much better deal.

Rooms offer great views and central heating doesnt work yet. The trail to the rooms is pretty muddy and slippery. Excellent location. However the restaurant is quiet unhygienic and the breakfast is terrible. Foods delivered to the rooms were good. Some how my kid ended up sick with severe vomitings after having Chicken biryani there and was still sick after 4 days. So refrain from ordering food from here.

We 2 family stayed for 2 nights here , it was great experience in all terms whether its service , food , views , cleanliness, hygiene. It's centralised heated huts cum hotel.The staff firdoosh , Asif and arshad all were helpful . We would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Hotel is still under construction. The only thing you will get in this hotel is room. Very few rooms have mountain views. Rooms were excellent from inside. It will turn out an excellent hotel once completed. Location is excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
