This is one of the worst hotel. There will be no proper response from the reception. No toiletry kit is provided. The worst part is the water. They provided a single bottle of water which was not sealed. Pathetic. No complementary breakfast.Pls don't prefer this hotel. Only advantage is access to the central bus stand

We stayed for 3 nights, booked a total of 2 rooms. The rooms were small. The corridors reeked of cigarettes. The rugs provided for the night stay were not at all good. One of the rooms had a mediocre quality quilt but the other just had 2 coarse blankets. When asked why one room wasn't given the quilt, they said the other was a "suite room". However, the payment of both the rooms was the same. Another major issue was lack of hot water for shower. When asked, they told us to leave around 2-3 buckets of water into the drain, after which we were supposed to get hot water. The water wastage was very disturbing but we did as told, in vain. There was no hot water. My overall experience in this hotel was bad. For the rental charge per night, this room was absolutely not worth it.

Once a popular one. But currently its amenities not updated. Hot water was not coming. Learnt later pipe line problem. Servants were not aware if this. They asked me to let two buckets of water. I let six buckets, no use. Hot water general supply. No geysers. Time limit 0530 to 0900 am. Air-conditioning irregular. It stops and starts on its own. Wall mount machine. To operate its control, to read the function buttons, you need sit on the floor, to say more precisely you must luy down on the floor. Remote will not function, damaged. But tariff remains unchanged, though comforts are reduced without advance information. Coffee shop outside its restaurant. Clumsy tumblers, highly unhygienic. Only advantage is its proximity to Central bus stand. If you need an accommodation closer to bus stand you can adjust with this.

The review is about the Kurinji restaurant in the Guru Hotel and not about the hotel. The restaurant is an iconic place and is around more than 25 years to my knowledge. Since those days, this restaurant has served tasty cuisines. Although located close to the Central busstand, this restaurant is popular among the locals too.

I had a ghee Dosa and i was overwhelmed with the side dishes provided along with the Dosa. Generally restaurants offer 2 - 3 chutneys tops along with sambhar. But here, i was served 4 types of chutneys, 3 types of gunpowder (Podi), 4 types of gravies as well. The staffs are very hospitable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
