Visited this place so far 3 times and got an amazing experience,The hospitality that they provide is on another level In terms of cost it costs you around 2500in per person for one day stay per person but it was honoured to stay here. You will get an amazing food experience which includes lunch dinner evening snacks morning breakfast 🥞as well Beautiful Ganges view with a pool. Must try this at least for one time experience.Neelkanth Mahadev mandir is like 30-40 minutes away from this resort. Family friendly will visit them again soon 😁🔜Pov: I shared what I feel honest reviewer.

First of all there were so many restrictions and it's seems to be like detection camp.cant eat food around bond fire.cant go near river after 9 pm . Can't walk outside your room after 11 pm. Can't play music after 10:00 pm. Taste of food was average. There were no activity for fun. Boring Place. Staff behaviour was not good and they behave like boss. Everything was at paid cost after paying 2200 per person. Not recommended at all. Morning breakfast was worst.

You cannot take food to bonefire area, you cannot sit near River, Staff lock the gate everytime, Music was time bound, They shut their music at sharp 10 pm, Bonefire wood was too less, it hardly ignite the fire for an hour. Aisa lag rha tha ki kisi army ke camp mein aa gye hain, everything was time bound either it is evening sncaks, music, dinner, breakfast or anything. However Rooms were good. No issue with Rooms.

Excellent property located in an equally beautiful place. The staff are very polite and well behaved. They have very good villas's with all amenities.They also have adventure zone in which they have number of activities like sky cycling, gaint swing, rop course etc and kids play area too. Amazing experience with adventure 😊Thanks to the Gurugram resort team for providing us a very pleasant stay.

It is good specially for families. Had a nice experience here. They provide good and tasty food, cozy bonfire and music at night with Ganga view is awesome. Must try.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
