Hablis proved to be an excellent choice for a business dinner on our way to the airport, providing a tranquil space for official discussions. The ambiance was neat and well-maintained, creating a conducive environment for our meeting. While the cost of rooms and the buffet was on the higher side, the quality of the experience justified it. The food served was delightful, showcasing a commendable culinary standard. The setting allowed us to have a productive yet relaxed time. Although it might be a bit on the pricey end, the overall atmosphere, service, and dining experience made our visit to Hablis memorable. Recommended for those seeking a refined business hotel in Chennai.

Easily accessible. On d main road. Ample parking Particularly Car parking. Perfect Air condition . Clean, Hygienic and odour less Rest rooms. Best food (depends on our menu) . Hospitality is simply superb. Good guide for the visitors

It’s a good budget hotel for people hoping in for a night on Business into the city of Chennai. Located in Guindy and in the close vicinity of the airport, this property is worth the money you spend for a room. The front desk staff are courteous and always ready to help. Rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Check out the Irish Bar on the first floor that sets the ambient atmosphere for a peaceful drink or two. You must be cautious about the traffic on the road. Your miseries will mount if there is rain in the Chennai city. You will witness water clogging and because of its proximity to the airport you will not find any cabs willing to drop you. Hotel has limited drop services and this you have to book the cab in advance at the front desk if you do not want last moment surprises!

Great hospitality! Had to shift here for 4 nights because of floods, had a very comfortable stay! Mr kannanasan really went above and beyond to take care of my needs, few girls and boys in the restaurant were also great at service, aslo thanks to housekeeping staff taking care of room 804! Lovely home y'all always kept my room made! Very happy shall be back 😊

The hotel looks a bit rundown with one of the lifts not functioning and rooms having some dampness and odour when u enter. Rooms are large and spacious and bed is perfectly comfortable. The gym is small in basement and hardly space for any workouts. Buffet was avoided but looks like the restaurant was well preserved.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
