Here are some points I like to highlight. 1. The location was good. 2. Compared to the price the rooms are not worthy at all. 3. Staff was supportive and cooperative 4. Best this was their kitchen the food was very tasty and economical.

This is by far one of the best stays I have stayed in, although slightly on the higher side when it comes to the price, the rooms are top notch. The staff was very helpful and arranged a two wheeler for me to use for the day I stayed there. This is slightly away from the temple however it's close to the beach and on the highway, it's a calm and peaceful place especially if you go with your family. Loved it!

Adequate and clean rooms. Good value for money . But it is far away from the city. Public transport is a pain, do better take your own vehicle. A ride to the Jagannath temple costs exorbitantly high. So , if you plan to visit the temple then choose a hotel closer to the temple rather than spending over a 1000 Rs to go to n fro to the temple.

Most awful experience of my life, the hotel is located far away from the main city moreover no room service is available its the first time i came across a hotel with no room service there is not even a mirror in the entire room and the staff denied to change the bedsheets and towels. It looks like they have given good rating by themselves otherwise it is impossible to have such good rating after such awful service. I highly recommend not to book a room in this hotel.

Never book Ananya hotels in Puri if you want to enjoy your vacation.They don’t offer In room services. No on duty manager available to listen to complaints. Rude staff Sukant and booking coordinator Jyoti tells lie about the property if you call them

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
