        Hi, selecting your hotel for stay is my biggest mistake, having worst experience in your hotel. 1- lots of flys in waiting area, 2- no early check in, 3- kitchen is dirty, (watched kitchen while using common washroom in ground floor) 4- toilets are not clean, 5- no cancellation or refundable policy 6- phone are not working 7- rooms are too small. The only thing- your hotel is on beach view (if you pay double) apart from that noting is their to appreciate or say good about hotel hemas supreme if you want will share pics or you can check your cctv * if they are working. I hope you will do something for this. *will never stay again and not recommend your hotel to others.

        Hi, I'm giving services in wall painting, decor & wood polish work in the name of EVER SHINE PAINTING SERVICES. I got a call from mourya for kitchen painting contract, I gave my best quotation very low cost as per their requirement, after 3 visits no proper response and at last no reply for my call. I don't know the reason why ignoring, if no need or negotiation price then just clear it but neglect is the not solution... My time wasted, 3 Times petrol lost... 🙂

        The ambiance of the hotel was average and the cost is little high,,,, we almost stayed for 7 days and the staff was good but since the timings are 24hrs checkout system, we had requested to provide 2 hrs extra where they denied to provide same

        Don’t visit this hotel. Staffs are very rude. They have a contact number if you call them they will ask you to message on whatsapp but in whatsapp they won’t properly attend your queries and resolve those. It is as if they don’t care whether you book or not. Highly untrained inefficient staff who handle customer service.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
