Good place ,having very nice view of the hills. I stayed at the building side of this place has good rooms and alot cleaner than other near by stays. They also have cottage and villa stays. Good Maharashtrian food. Very understanding management. It is just a little bit distant from lonavala railway station, but for a good hill side view you have to travel too.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. From the moment of our arrival to our last minute , we were treated really well. The atmosphere was pleasant, view was amazing and we really enjoyed the food. Sunil is one of a hardworking guy. He treated us really well. No complaints. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Aniket and Sunil.

Fraudulent people and place. Do not recommend. They were vomit stains in the balcony, dirty floors and walls, unclean washrooms and zero covid safety. Caretaker and rest of the staff did not wear a mask either. The staff was very rude and asked us to pay before even seeing the room. When we demanded refund as it was impossible to stay in such a place, we were told the owner will have to be involved. We've been trying to get in touch with them but there has been no response. Worst experience of booking and cleanliness. If I could would give them 0 rating

The place was super unhygienic! I expected a lot more considering the amount we were spending and how every other host is taking extra precaution due to Covid. But this place was different! In a bad way. There was literal dried puke in the gallery. I should have paid heed to the countless reviews on here complaining about the hygiene. We asked for a refund as we just couldn't bare the sight of it but the host refused and only refunded a partial amount. Absolutely uncalled for! Would never book any of their properties going forward.

Location wise stay was amazing as from all side mountain are surrounded. Clean room with all facilities with good hygiene maintenance. Food was averagely good but you can enjoy one night and have fun with friends, family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
