We stayed here for one night on 1 Jan 2024, booked two rooms. The property is perfect in every way from check in to check out, an oasis in busy town like Madurai. Room The rooms were spacious, though bit dusty near the windows clean otherwise A great swimming pool, which was enjoyed by our 4 year old. The buffet had a good spread bit of everything Indian, South East Asian and Continental. The staff is thoughtful and helpful as we had to leave early the next day. Wish we stayed here for few more days. Would highly recommend this property perfect for rest and relaxation after the hustle and bustle of site seeing in Madurai.

We booked 3 rooms altogether and really enjoyed our stay. Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to providing a remarkable experience. Let's start with the food. The South Indian food served at the Heritage Hotel was truly outstanding. The menu showcased a diverse range of delectable dishes that captured the essence of the region's culinary traditions. From aromatic rice dishes to mouthwatering dosas and fragrant curries, every meal was a delightful exploration of South Indian flavors. The location of the Heritage Hotel was absolutely perfect. Situated in a picturesque setting, it provided a tranquil and serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the surroundings, the hotel's location was truly idyllic. It offered a sense of seclusion and peace, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate in a serene environment. Additionally, the convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities was a major bonus. The hotel was located in close proximity to popular tourist destinations, making it easy for us to explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture. The staff's exceptional service stood out, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and warmth added a special touch to the overall experience, enhancing our enjoyment of the heritage atmosphere. A special mention to Ms. Monica from the restaurant who catered to our needs and made our vacation very comfortable 👍🏻 Highly commendable service.

Sadly, cannot recommend. Some staff were especially kind and helpful. However, restaurant management and front desk personnel were awful and not at all accommodating when addressing their own errors in service. Totally unacceptable. Rooms were located next to construction-materials staging area and, consequently, covered in soot. At least the pool was well maintained. Unfortunately, poolside peace was elusive due to untimely and loud pressure washing on what should’ve been a relaxing Sunday afternoon. I would try the Gateway, Courtyard or Regency next time instead.

Beautiful property. I stayed at the private pool villa which was good. Had to wait for sometime to checkin and then again for someone to take us to the rooms due to the crowd. This could have been handled better. The buffet breakfast was also good but service could have been better for the live counters and breakfast. It did not match the ambience and the price. Poosathai's service is worth mentioning here. She managed to give equal attention to all the tables she was in charge of with great hospitality. Truly exceptional.

It was a short one day trip to Mardurai. The welcome part was. not up to the mark from the reception. The luggage boy and watchman welcomed us. Garland and a warm welcome was only provided to foreigners. The food was nice and the room was spacious. The restaurant Service was also great. We stayed in a plunge pool Villa and the mini pool was also good. The property area is vast and well maintained. Overall it was a great stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
