Didn't stayed at the resort rooms, went for a leisure drink & dinner by the poolside with family ,Ambience is great, my wife and my both the boys just loved it, food is good (Prawns were soft and well made ),can be better (Mutton ghee roast could be better, oriental staples require a bit of seasoning). Need to be more on toes at making cocktails (Pina colada was not up to the mark) and service of drinks. Lot of Frogs around at the poolside and in the pool, my kids were playful with them and we love animals. But all did an excellent job and made the evening beautiful for us ,God bless them all .

Resort away from the main road. Large gated property. Open parking. Could be covered and hard top. Has variety of rooms. Good sized with separate dressers. Generally very good but Duvets could be improved. Mixers of taps also need a change. Swimming pool is quite popular but we noticed shortage of towels at peak hour. Excellent organic farm. The evening cultural program was Excellent. Tour arrangements to tourist spots was very well coordinated with guides and vehicle. Stayed for 3 days. Very pleasant experience. Staff was very helpful.

Ambience is good, rooms are decent but the basics are not taken care of well. Tea and coffee are bad tasting and take forever to serve. Rice is not hot and well cooked. Water also is not served regularly on the table. I would say the management should first get the basics right and then focus on fancier things. Overall a decent place to chill but if you are a tea lover like me, you will be a little disappointed.

The stay was very unpleasant due to the bad food and service here. Our family fell sick on eating the food. The rice is not cooked well, they don't know how to put salt in basic things like dal etc. They put excess salt, don't know how to make decent food. Service is poor. Especially they don't even serve welcome Drink to all guests, are not bothered if they all had or some didn't get it even. In the restaurant choice of breakfast was very bad and they don't know how to respond when guest ask for coffee. Something that is very basic. Also, they don't come and ask if we need anything like dosa etc from live choice, even after asking they don't know how to serve it. They miss all these things, but they smartly force us to take the buffet every meal. We have stayed at many places where we are served by tribal people who are very nice actually. But here the management is not good that's the reason nothing goes well here. Still we are not ok in terms of health. If we ask for medicine at reception they don't even have the manners to give it or even give a response. They didn't even bother to call back and confirm if it's there or not. Please don't stay here ever.

Value for money. Decent food and ambience. Excellent staff behaviour. Not very far from major tourist spots. Recommended if you are looking for a chill vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
