I visited this villa with my friends and had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The villa itself was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. There is a small ground right inside the villa which is fantastic. 1 input would be: food options can be increased when Veg and Non Veg menus are combined. The quality of the food was nice, just more items in the overall buffet would be nice.

Good villa and rooms but SERVICE is worse than government offices. They charge unreasonable even for necessity like water bottle. I had specially requested bbq for sundown but it was served at 10pm and my dinner was half wasted for which I did not even get an apology. The location is south of alibaug which is tedious for both ferry and roads. I would recommend any other villa for service, period.

The villa is huge and amazing. The place is perfect for family, friends, office get together. The open space for cricket, football, badminton, carrom , table tennis is spacious and enough to keep you occupied for the day. And if you get hungry the food made by the caretakers is lip smacking and good. Fish and chicken dishes are amazing. If you want veg and Jain options, they will custom make it for you as per your instructions. Overall a good experience for our stay. The hot water there is also working when there is no electricity. This happened two times during our stay when there was no electricity. But we were too busy playing that it didn't cause any trouble for us. They also have piano and a huge 80inch tv in the main room on ground floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
