I enjoyed my stay at this place. Food, Rooms, service and staff all were very good. Room rates were also very reasonable. You have a fixed chef's testing menu option, Rs 450 for veg and Rs 500 for non veg options from soup to desserts..Food was really good, so after a long day you can sit, relax and enjoy your food! They also have bar.

Very good hotel stay with family. Hotel is really awesome. Service is very good staffs are very well experienced and they know their job. Stayed there for 3 days did not find anything to complain. Rooms are equipped with all modern amenities and maintained very clean. 5 star rating overall

Updating.. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel.. Don't know why they denied giving GST bills. If they provided it , did not stamped paid on bill. Today they gave a bill of restaurant with stamped paid but not on hotel's bill. When I asked for stamped with paid on both , they changed both bills and did not provide any stamp. Very bad sign for hotel reputation.. I withdrew my 5 star rating only for that type of manner you played today with me.. Near Mumbai nashik highway. Cleaning, service was good. Budget friendly

I had an amazing experience, the rooms are cozy and clean. The staff service is at Par. The hotel is hygienic and well maintained. The restaurant is good and has some really good food to offer. One just can't miss to have their dinner/lunch. The service was very quick and the staff were very cooperative. I will rate Haider Ali - 5 Start ++. He joined the restaurant recently but did a great job. We were so happy with his work and honesty towards his job. Overall 5+ to the hotel and Restaurant. Its worth the money you spend.

Hotel is good. Location of the hotel is very close to Pathardi Phata. Rooms are good and clean. Service is at the best. Dining hall is also very good. Also you can enjoy here the drinks 🍻🍺. All kinds of scotch , wine ,whisky and beer is available. Economy wise it is medium budget hotel. Overall experience is very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
