Be careful with these guys. We had a very very BAD experience with them. We had booked 4 rooms for 4 days. Confirmed booking. On the 3rd day at midnight at 3:30 am power goes. When we contact reception, response we get is - there is short circuit, issue for all rooms in our floor. We checked with other guests in our group, all had the same problem. They gave hot water,we had a bath in the dark and left for yatra. At around 2 pm, we get a call telling that the short circuit problem is not solved and to fix it they have to do some repair work, so they are taking all our luggage outside and getting another hotel for us. We came in the evening around 8 pm. They did not allow us to go to our room or the floor. We were told that the entire floor is barricaded and only general manager can go. All our luggage was taken out and arrangements were being made to go to another hotel. Just to check 2 of us went to the floor and went to our room (we had the keys). Room is Completely ready for the next occupant, clean, washrooms are clean, power is there, everything is working. (They had not disabled the key, our key to room was still working, they did not even think of that while lying, that floor is barricaded and no access to anyone) We had a huge fight with the manager on the main road. After an hour of discussion then they gave us the rooms (in a different floor). Reason they wanted us to vacate was, they had got another marriage party, bulk booking. Since we were a small group, they thought they can move us to another hotel. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You cannot ask a guest, whom you have confirmed rooms to move out just because you got another bigger group. You cannot run a business like this. No ethics. Get into some other business, if you want to run business like this. In hospitality, I have never experienced,something like this. PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR from the management. I have stayed in hotels many times, on personal visit and professional visit, in different states, within india. This sort of UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour, lying, i have never ever experienced.

Having extremely pathetic experience with the hotel , front desk and stuff. Firstly they don’t even pick the call to listen to the query. I have made a booking which had cancellations time of 12 mid night but when I tried to cancel it in the evening due to some medical issue with my grand mother.. 2 days before the booking …they said it was only allowed till mid day and I have to pay full cancellation charges. The front desk kept on rejecting my calls and said that you can take your unwell grandmother we don’t care of that and also I said other guest might be affected by her health as I had booked all 3 meals with them.. then also said they don’t have any issue with that…. Such an insensitive pathetic and Money minded people they are. They don’t even bother if the other guest can suffer. No alternatives offered. Extremely pathetic and experience.
