Zero Rating !!! Never book!!! There is no option to rate zero. We had a horrible experience booking this hotel. We made a booking for 1st May 2023 to 2nd May 2023 and requested owner over the phone for early check in and he said yes it is available and let's talk in person. So we made a prepayment of Rs.1800/- through MakeMyTrip and reached the hotel by May 1st early morning 3am. But to our shock the owner Mr.Iqbal showed us one room which was very dirty and the bathroom was not at all cleaned. When we asked him about it he was a bit irritated and started talking harshly saying this is the room we have, if you want the room then pay another full day's rent and stay otherwise just leave the property, just don't disturb my sleep. Also he added that he doesn't care if we complain about this to anyone and he went inside the property by closing the gate leaving us on the road.

Waste of money.. We stayed at this homestay for only one night but it was terrible. The room was not cleaned and we found some green mold in the corner of one room. The bedsheets and blankets were not washed and it had stinky smell. The room did not have a proper lighting. The heater facility was really bad. The rooms which were shown in the booking websites has nothing to do with the real rooms.

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean. The property owner was very polite and provided room service. The food will be a little costly than outside because it is a room service. They provide the food at your doorstep. The food was very tasty. There is parking space for 2 cars only. That's a little downside but there's plenty of space to park in the opposite side of the road. It's walkable distance from bear Shola falls but it is closed for now.

Very worst hotel. No proper service at all. Except bed,all are worst, room windows are broken not able to lock. When we went outside monkeys are coming into the room and spoiling the things,Even heater not working properly. We stayed 3 days. They charged 1500 per day. I don't know how people are given good review. Don't stay here and waste your money

An average property near to lake. 4 bed room cottage is available which can accommodate around 10-15 persons. Good for group of friends. Parking is not available. Need to park on road side. Rate is comparatively low. Not recommended to families.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
