It's a very good newly built hotel located centrally, at left bank, aleo. You can easily go by hiring a rickshaw or walk for 10 to 15 minutes to reach mall road. I stayed there in January 24, Room's having built-in heating facilities which works really well. Overall rates are competitive and quality of service,staff,food and rooms is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday in manali.

I am from Delhi. And I booked this hotel . I came here with my family.and I am staying here 6 days. It was really amazing and memorable stay. I really enjoy with my family. Rooms are really neat and clean .i booked balcony room . With amazing view. Great hospitality. And the front office staff really polite and sweet. Specially Shabnam and Ashish .both are really great they guide us very well . Good job Thank you hill river for the great hospitality.

The property is new and we'll maintained. The view from the room is awesome. Room is spacious and super clean. Staff are courteous and well behaved. Especially front desk was very welcoming and accommodative. Food is average. Kitchen staff need more training in dealing with guests. We faced lot of issues with kitchen, ordered chicken tandoori which was actually under cooked and not marinated, no butter in butter rice, they were reluctant to prepare tandoor items, chicken served was not very fresh, first they refused to take 1.5 plates of order for an item. Some items were burnt with salt. We ordered two glasses of milk and they simply said "ma'am it's chargeable"!! Seriously? Are we expecting free food while paying a room rent around 4K!! Overall I will give 7/10, just for the room (view, comfort and amenities).

One of the best hotel in Manali. Staff is very generous and their services are very quick. Room are very beautiful and all the modern facilities like hot and cold AC, hair dryer, kettle. They have big parking and playing area you can easily pass your time over there. Bar and disco is the main attraction with a reasonable prices. We ordered dinner and the food was so delicious 😋. Their service staff were so humble and they always keep smile on their face . The whole hotel area were so neat and clean. They have lift facilities so you don't need to take stairs to go the upper floor. Everything is just so amazing 😍.i would highly recommend this property to those who are planning to visit in Manali if they are looking for a luxurious property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
