One of the best experiences of staying at this property, it was amazing, the view, the staff even though mostly locals, they were amazingly helpful. I came with my family and we really enjoyed over here. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we would definitely visit Gulmarg again and stay at the Hilltop. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and tasty. Food service and staff was really nice with us. The chef devendar was amazing he has magic in his hand and he made exceptional food.I love there outdoor terrace area where we enjoyed bonfire.

One of the best experiences of staying at this property, it was amazing, the view, the snow, the staff even though mostly locals, they were amazingly helpful. I was with my friends and they would serve us almost everything on the table. They have luxurious rooms with reasonable price. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we would definitely visit Gulmarg again and stay at the Hilltop. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and tasty. I love there outdoor terrace area where we enjoyed bonfire.

It’s one hell of a place in Gulmarg. Rooms are too good and so as the services. Devender (The Chef) takes care of the guest preference and the food is awesome. Location also get good marks as they are hardly few steps away from the world famous Gandola ride. The only miss was snow 😄 which I hope I get next time 🤞🏻

I made a hotel booking for my entire family (7 people) for a trip from 19th to 21st Jan, 2024 in Hiltop Gulmarg - for which we all were very excited. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my sister and her son getting covid positive we had to cancel our trip to Gulmarg 4 days prior. We expected the hotel to be understanding / at least listen to our problem at hand, however their reaction was extremely impolite and not at all understanding. I called the hotel General Manager to explain him the situation (which my sister already did), however, instead of understanding the issue he was only explaining his hotel policies to us. Our demand was not to get the refund for all three rooms, as we understand it would be unfair for the hotel. However, we were asking them to their give us a 50% refund, or a change in the dates when we will visit the place. The fact that the hotel was very adamant about their policies and did not even consider that their customers were not at fault for what happened, was very underwhelming and not acceptable according to me. I am writing this review is to explain to everyone who is planning to book their stay with the hotel that you should not expect the hotel management to be even a tad bit of considerate about the unexpected problems that you might face as the hotel will still ask you to pay them the full money. Kindly make a booking accordingly. Dear hotel management, this is a humble request to please have some exceptions in your T&C columns as everything cannot always go by the plan for all the customers you will have. Thank you for reading.

Pros: Very close to Gulmarg gondola ride Cons: 1) Very few rooms in this property has a good view. Rest are average, pl. don’t go blindly. 2) Best fit for 3star category, not a 4star category. I can give you multiple reasons why it is 3star. 3) Very noisy rooms, you can hear people’s voice, noise from outside easily. 4) Rooms are slippery, and elders can fall down easily. 5) Room(G2) heater wasn’t functional, and we got a portable heater for entire night, remember we pay 17k per night for that. 6) Apart from Manager, others need a proper training.. they can enter a room without knocking the door or pressing the calling bell, unexpected behaviour. Overall, not satisfied and will not book any of hilltop group of hotels further…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
