        Excellent with topnotch service. My family and I recently had to spend a night here as our Malaysian Airlines flight was cancelled after sitting on board for 3 hours. After 7 hours of utter confusion and incompetence from the airline staff we were brought here along with most other passengers. Located in Manyata Business Park it is not right next to the airport but close enough. And we were all a thankful lot as we were quickly assigned clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The check-in was seamless and courteous and a contrast to the hours of chaos from the preceeding hours. Everyone at the hotel was well prepared for the horde just bussed in. We needed an extra bed and it was brought up to the room within 5 minutes of calling housekeeping. Dinner at the restaurant was wonderful and relaxed, the buffet was sumptuous, and the service warm and quick when we needed to order extras or ask for something. The staff were all alert and yet not intrusive. In the large variety of food options, the standouts were the grilled tandoori fish, garlic butter naan and a wonderful assortment of desserts, especially the malai ghevar. The fact that we can still recall these dishes after the day we had are a pointer to how good they were. The reception called up late at night with information about our rescheduled flight the following morning and even organised breakfast boxes and a bus to bring us back to the airport. Thanks to the staff of Hilton Garden Inn. You saved our day.

        We were at the New Year’s Eve party (just a few hours back)and clearly they aren’t set up to throw a fun party. It needed guests to amp up the place plus the service was poor. It looked like they were doing us a favour. Food was average

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
