Very clean and comfortable room. Sound proofing is very nice for a nice sleep. Location is very convenient in a quiet and plush neighbourhood. Service is nice and efficient with smiles. Breakfast is an excellent spread. Overall, surely recommended

Ignorant service at my Reception and Excess room charge My Point of Contact: Saaransh and Jaishankar Upadhyay I had my reception in Hilton. I had done the booking 6 months in advance with a representative. On the day of the event the representative/event coordinator changed 2 times causing so much confusion. Nobody came and met me or my family before or during the event. I needed help with some setup, some logistics, instructions regarding food serving etc but I did not know who is the Hilton representative. Guests were complaining about their requests not being fulfilled and meal serving not happening at right time. Checkin process was so slow and took 45+ minutes. I had made all the payment in advance. I checked 3 times with the person at reception if there is no pending payment. He said everything is already paid for. Later when the bride's family was checking out, they were charged 16k for the room. It is highly unprofessional to keep changing event coordinator last minute without any update to customer, provide average service for a brand like Hilton, lie on the face regarding pending charges. I have been constantly mailing and messaging regarding these issues since last 2 months to the above mentioned point of contacts but they have had no professionalism, decency and ownership to atleast give a reply to my issues.

The room size or washroom size does not matter to a guest if the service is pathetic. This is normal that Hilton will have a good room. For last 20 mins I am calling Housekeeping / Front Desk / Duty Manager / Guest service Hotline for a Tea Bag . It is ridiculous. Service is the essence of any good property. Spacious rooms/ washrooms anyone can built if fund is there . But to offer good service , you need to have will & professionalism.

a true four star experience. staffs were friendly and helpful. pool was big and the location of the hotel is just perfect if you are visiting Lucknow for a leisurely trip

1. Needed GST INVOICE bill in favor of my company. They didn't provide it as required. 2. Also adjacent to hotel was full fledged construction going on. 3. Reason was given third party booking gst invoice is by the vendor. 4. Rest assured hotel has all the best amenities and facilities. 5. Excellent breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
