We 3 families stayed last week at hotel himalaya, the view from the hotel room is beautiful, but the service of this hotel is pathetic , the service people is very rude, the guy sitting on the reception is very rude, hot water provided from 7am to 1pm only in the winter season, as the hotel is on the upper hill side if you go down from the hotel on return back it is very much tuff to come back to hotel. I suggest if anybody looking for this hotel , please don't go you will get better hotel with better service and view near by lake or mall road.

Stayed here during our Tour in 2018. This Hotel is situated adjacent to the naini lake. The hotel is nicely maintained, with clean rooms and washroom. The lake view from rooms is magnificent. Outside the hotel they have mini golf area and other activities for people to enjoy. They also have a game room where we can play carrom. The rooms are spacious as well and well maintained. Overall a great stay here and will definitely visit again.

Pretty recent stay: 12th to 13th December If there was a negative star I would have given that. The hotel is charging a handful for the location but the services are pathetic to say the least. If anybody has booked and is cancellable then please cancel it as these guys will make sure to ruin your vacation. No basic services are available such as dental kit and functioning blowers, we had to get the blower changed 4 times but still the room was not at all cozy. Exorbitantly priced water bottles just add to all the poor services. Rooms are not maintained we booked three rooms, one had a broken TV and the other had a broker glass side table. Bedsheets had stains which were changed after the check-in. Also beware there is a scam in the hotel as at the time of checkout they will ask for all the broken stuff in the room, we were asked to pay for the broken side table which was broken before our check-in. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THESE TYPE OF FRAUD PROPERTIES

Excellent food, we took breakfast and option between lunch/dinner (both buffet), had to be taken at dining room for wide choices. Only the road leading to the hotel is very narrow and steep and one hair pin bend where all cars have to stop, reverse one or twice and the go forward. Some people brought their own car, called the hotel and one of the hotel driver would go and drive the car on last 50 meter to the hotel. Saw one of the Maruti Alto smash his bonnet while coming up on this road, not for even experienced hill drivers, only for extreme drivers. 12 pm noon is chek-in, but, they allowed us before 10 am, as my wife was not feeling well after hill climb from Kathgodam.

Very bad hotel will never recc to anyone. The room was on the top floor and was had too much seepage smell . The washroom were pathetic and dirty. They did not have a dental kit to offer in the morning. One have to give money and request the hotel staff to go and buy tooth brush and tooth paste. The breakfast was messy. No ice in the hotel. Again had to give money to hotel staff and send them to buy. This is when my husband offered tip on every time a staff helped in any service And the last and the most pathetic thing was while we checkout the hotel staff took our luggage and put it in the car. Once we reached few hours away we realized the 2 liquor bottels were missing from the bag Imagine the quality and service they offer. Worst experience ever !!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
