Service and Location both are poor. We were with young kid and they switched off the heater for the whole night in subzero weather of January. Basic courtesy and civility from the owner was missing. Most of the rooms are booked via agents so they don't know/care about service

We booked a 3 seater room. Room and bathroom were very spacious and hygienic with a mini fridge and balcony attached to it. We opted for dinner and breakfast. Food was also good. Ubaid and Suhail served very courteously.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a beautiful place. Very neat and clean. The washrooms were well maintained. The stay we opted for included both breakfast and dinner. Naseer who was available at the dining area was extremely courteous and very helpful. The place has a beautiful Mountain View and is at walking distance from the river. Good area to relax and enjoy casual evening walk. Travel to ABC is close from here. Highly recommend this place for a vacation

The location of the hotel is nice with good views however far from the main pahalgam. We had asked for front view rooms while booking and we were given the rooms on the top floor. Upon entering the top floor we found that the power from genset will only be available after 6 pm. Till that time there was no power for room heater or mobile charging. Only TV supply and one emergency light was on. During our first night stay, we were woken by loud noises in the room; only to find out a big rat in the middle of the night. We asked the receptionist for help in chasing out the rat and were successful in doing so. In the morning, hot water was not available; the tap water was freezing cold. The hotel staff helped us with a bucket of hot water. Later on we got to know that rooms on lower floors had geysers but top most floor did not. Even when there was no power supply on the top floor, the lower floors had power. The room heater in one of the rooms also broke down in the middle of the night and could be fixed next day only. The windows in the rooms did not have grills which may be a concern for those travelling with kids. Highlight of the place was food which was really delicious and hotel staff who were ready to assist in a moment's notice. However due to the issue of unavailability of hot water in the top floor rooms, issues with power supply & room heater and finding a rat in the room in the middle of the night, I would definitely not recommend this place and will not book with them again.

This hotel is the best in Pahalgam. Rooms was also so clean . Food was also very tasty and staff was also very tasty. If you are planning your vacation then go to this hotel . Side view was also so natural beauty view type mountain view 😍 .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
