Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave clean towels in the room. Fridge in the room not cold enough. Hot water not always available. Rooftop pool not heated. For some reason they were painting hallways with customers around. Gym room a bit cramped for more than 3 people at a time. Reception staff helpful. Good options for breakfast.... Ask for anything you don't see. Clean and tidy restaurant. Clean and tidy room. Games room needs attention. Good value hotel.

Nobody told me to write this review. I would be mentioning the good thing and the strange things happen with us over here. Good part: - Rooms are small but they are clean - no problem of drinking water, service is quick - dinner is 1000 time much better than the breakfast - management listens to your problem and tries to resolve from there end Sad part: - Exhaust fan and hot water operated using automatic sensors and once they have stopped working then nobody cannot help you, technical staff is useless. - Before check out I wanted to have a bath but instead of getting the hot water issue fixed they had provided me hot water in a bucket which was very annoying and I had to even use cattle for hot water, very bad experience. Overall if you wanna considered this hotel then you need to prepare your mind for things that are not under the control of office staff rest this hotel could be a decent place to stay.

Do not stay here. The way they treat their staff is despicable. The reception staff is always blaming housekeeping for their faults. The first day they had us change room 3 times! Because they got it wrong and we got rooms which weren't the ones we paid for. The last day we found out our door was UNLOCKED for the entire day, by some staff and refused to take responsibility.

Location of hotel is nice as it is nearby to railway station and main market of Udaipur. Rooms and hotel decor is also impressive. But quality of food served and room service needs huge improvement. As food is costly and not at all delicious. I have seen first hotel where lemon and breads go out of stock during breakfast and that too between 8-9am (normal hours). Also breakfast doesn't offer you much variety and taste of food is not impressive at all. Above review doesn't provide rating for food hence 1 star for the restaurant. Room service of the hotel is pathetic as it takes multiple phone calls to call the room service. Min 30min to 1Hr. is required for any room service issues. If room service and food quality is improved then hotel is best to stay for vacation. Owners have invested very nicely at the start of business but that property regular maintenance is an issue.

The hotel is nice. Looks fresh. The restaurant ‘Prachin’ was amazing and loved the live Flute performance at breakfast. The food tasted nice as well. Just didn’t like the people at reception who charged me wrongly and accused me of sneaking in my own which was booked by my partner. Ridiculous to deal with at checkout.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
