Just came to visit my family staying in this hotel. The rooms are neat and mould free. Location is good , very near to beach and city. Parking is very good. Lots of room options are available. Best recommended for families and friends.

Awesome awesome awesome. For the price it's really awesome hotel to stay. Clean rooms.. great service. 2kms for cherai which will never feel like too far bcz of its route. Coming to breakfast buffet, limited items but the best. Ala carte menus are normal priced with extraordinary taste. Best food.

Having superb experience in Holiday Hotel! Room is really amazing. What a superb interior! They maintain hygiene and cleanliness very well. We stay here each year for a few days from Britain. Genuine, friendly staff (a little formal at first, but that 'coat' is removed a short while later). The restaurant serves delicious food and drink. All of the rooms have been first class. Our photograph shows how the staff grouped together to surprise us on our Twentieth Wedding anniversary: a few days in to our stay, we returned to the Receptionist explaining that: "Sorry, we've had to move you to a different room". Upon opening the room, we were met with a Rose petal covered room, as shown - Beautiful staff with love in thier hearts. *Businessmen visiting here; remember that there are good people and bad ones. The staff here are good; treat them as you do the better members of your family and tip them.

A Memorable Birthday Celebration at Holiday Inn, Cherai I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's birthday at Holiday Inn, Cherai, and I must say that it was an experience to remember. I am delighted to give this hotel a well-deserved 5-star rating for the exceptional service and delightful atmosphere provided by the owner, Mr. Girish sir, and his amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Girish sir and his team went above and beyond to ensure that our daughter's birthday celebration was a memorable one. They paid careful attention to every detail, making sure that the decorations were perfect and the ambiance was festive. The dedication and thoughtfulness shown by the owner and staff truly made us feel special and added an extra touch of warmth to the occasion. One aspect that stood out during our stay was the impeccable behavior of the entire staff. They were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with any request we had. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of the Holiday Inn family. It was truly heartwarming to see their sincere efforts to make our daughter's birthday a joyful experience. The food at Holiday Inn was exceptional, and we were impressed by the tasty and well-presented dishes. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
