Excellent service. Very courteous staff. Nice and clean rooms. Dinner buffet was one of the best I have eaten. Good variety and very tasty. The staff in the restaurant was especially helpful and accommodated our food related requests by going out of their way. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet and is fair distance from the usual touristic places. Overall, highly recommended.

We would not recommend this hotel! We found it very cold and unwelcoming, even the people in the buffet bar were sitting with their coats on whilst eating. The staff came across as rude and sarcastic, we paid for our dinner then was asked to pay more because a member of staff had charged us the wrong amount. It is very overpriced for example a 330ml bottle of local beer is 450 rupees whereas outside you can get the same beer for 70 rupees. The food is very spicy which not everybody wants. In our room we only had 2 sachets of coffee and sugar and 2 teabags. The location is awful , we felt very unsafe venturing outside at night due to the rough sleepers with fires just outside the carpark. We would never return. We didnt expect to stay in a 4 star hotel and be cold , offering an electric heater for the room is not the answer.

Everything was great. Especially the breakfast buffet. Special mention of staff member 'Kirti' who was very helpful as we have small kids. We did face some issue with the room ac at night, which was fixed after the complain.

Not worth the price they charge, room service is very slow they charge high for the dishes buy the quality and quantity is not up to the mark. I have booked this room to celebrate my new year and paid the premium cost of the same. But I am not at all satisfied and this is my only bad experience with a five star property. Also they have booked their restaurants for the new year gaala which is again very expensive. Do think twice before making the booking if you are spending extra to experience a 5 star property. Instances: We have asked them to set temperature to high as it is cold right now and they said they will provide a heater for same and it's been more than half an hour we are waiting for the same. (Yes I am writing this review while I am still staying here) We have ordered the food and they took long time to prepare the same and served cold dishes. When we made the complaint they said they will heat the same for us, we agreed. Again they took long time to pick and then drop the hot one. It was more the 1 hour gap between to dishes.

Great location. Close to major attractions. The main thing is the service - amazing! The staff was very attentive and took care of my son who has a severe allergy to peanuts. They ensured they notified me if any food had nuts and prepared separate meals - even the cooks remembered and help make separate items. Overall best service I’ve had in India hands down. Special mention to Akeel, Satyendra and Shiraz for the impeccable service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
