        Good Hotel in the budget. Good service and room. The only issue we faced was not so hot water for the bath and the door lock was not good. No option to hold the door open for even a few seconds. The room keys were not working a couple of times and we had to go to reception to get it fixed. They did not send anyone. Also no courier allowed to come even till reception.

        No where living upto the name Holiday inn, it's as good as some local 3 star accommodation in bengaluru. Carpet stinks, food items under the bed. The breakfast is included in the room tariff with and same options everyday. The dinner served included in the room package is not upto the mark. They need to change the chef really as everything prepared taste same, veg or non veg. Please cool hot food, instead of instant mix and serving breads (chapati, rotis & naan) brought from oustide. I never ever had a freshly baked chapati, it was always a cold one unable to chew or break . Change food items everyday as it's very monotonous and boring to eat the same stuff again and again. You can select this for stay if you wish but don't have dinner included in the package.

        The worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Extremely cramped rooms, all rooms and floors have carpet floors that stink to high heavens. It made want to vomit the first time I entered my floor. The reception doesn’t respond to your calls either. Breakfast was not at all up to the mark for the price we paid. Housekeeping staff was good and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

        Regrettably, my stay at Holiday Inn fell short of expectations. The rooms felt cramped, and the overall value for money was lacking. The dining experience was disappointing with frozen and ready-to-eat items on the menu. They don’t prepare any food and they don’t have a dedicated kitchen. Moreover, staff interactions were marred by arrogance, and concerns were not addressed. A disappointing experience with Holiday Inn

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
