As everyone is mentioning, rooms are smaller but they have already informed me while booking. Breakfast is good and had multiple options. Hotel is perfectly situated in city centre, everything is just at the walking distance. Just the rates are not worth the room size.

Rooms were small cozy & hygiene. Breakfast/Food was the worst part of the hotel. Don’t eat else you will get ill. No taste No variety , very unhygienic . Even they will offer you raw oranges to eat. Don’t book this hotel. I stayed for 4 days & this was kinda survival foe me..

Hotel is a pit stop... Small rooms no wardrobe for luagguage. Not recommended for business trip and family vacations.It has a gym which is very small with couple of cardio machine and few weights. Breakfast menu is good.

Worst hotel at yeshwanthpur location. 144 sq. Ft room size. Just assume how small It is. The behaviour of staffs are also very unfriendly. They have no seperate dining room. Reception room is thir dining room. Over and above staff behaviour and room size is the two biggest points for that people should not choose this hotel. Better people should go to the fern residency (for slight lower budget) Or Hotel Leroy Grand( a 4 star hotel) at yeshwanthpur location.

This hotel survives only due to its location, do not expect anything at all... The rooms are smaller than Harry Potter's cupboard, with the washroom and basin being a part of the bedroom. The location however is super convenient... Only use as a last resort and if budget is constraint, as a transit point at best.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
