        The service was very good and staff very friendly right from the check in. However the rooms were below average, carpets well worn, bottom of wash basin falling off, faucet in toilet was leaking leaving a puddle, towels need replacement, room was clean, beds were made well. The service for room was prompt requesting for additional towel n tooth brush as room was twin occupancy but only one set was provided.

        Less time it took in check in and I liked it very much. Food was good with hygiene maintained. But from 8:30 to 10 is very rush hours and every thing seems mess in dining area. Dining in room experience was also good with timely delivery of ordered items. As on current date it is not a good location considering the metro constructions on the same road which consumes lot of time in traveling due to heavy rush. Better you choose any other hotel till the time Metro constructions is in progress in Chennai.

        It was not a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The latch in the bathroom did not open and my friend got locked inside. Since we were 2 of us staying in the hotel we could get help from the staff and managed to open the latch. There is no intercom in the bathroom which added to the panic. And the toilet flush had problems. When we wanted to order lunch except for chicken and paneer dish nothing was available. So we had to step outside in search of a restaurant. I would give this hotel only 1 star. Except that we are very happy with Manisha kerketta service. She was very pleasant, friendly, helpful and courteous staff. I would like to give her 5 ⭐.

        Good for solo travellers for short trips without much luggage. Very compact rooms. The window openings were too small. I felt a little claustrophobic. No place to hang clothes. Even if you ignore the compactness, one thing that I could not accept was that you could hear sounds from neighbouring rooms. Every time they closed the door in next room, you could feel the thud sound. The sound proofing in rooms is not good. That is not acceptable. However, the rooms were clean. Amenities like Gym are good. Food was decent. Service was good.

        I stayed here for five days , room Service is delayed, very compact rooms. The window openings were too small. No place to hang clothes. Door closing Sound from neighbouring rooms can be heard. Every time they closed the door in next room.The sound proofing in rooms is not good. Bathroom is very very small. Food is decent. While time of check out they made me wait this caused me trouble reaching to my bus station. inspite booking was done by travel agency. Inspite of prior intimation of check out was given in the morning. There should be clear communication between agency and your team it shouldn't cause trouble to guests.
