Pros - The room was clean. The environment is quiet & calm. Receptionist was helpful as well as the hotel staff. Breakfast has a good variety to offer & was okay. Cons - The room size is very small. The bathroom door does not have a latch & the toilet's door is half transparent. The TV is hung right next to the bed and it is at a height of close to 6ft from the ground which makes it uncomfortable to watch.

It’s an affordable hotel accommodation with at par quality rooms, food. The hotel staff are extremely polite and courteous. The location currently is affected by the Metro construction, however the rooms are quiet once you are inside the hotel. It’s got it’s own gym and laundromat services. One request to the housekeeping - pls also regularly clean the electrical switches to keep off the grim and dirt.

Staff are very good. But the overall infrastructure needs some expansion considering the brand. Buffet breakfast, dinner does not have much variety considering it's reputation During breakfast, there were queues for dishes, mugs and glasses. Average experience.

Stayed there for 5days. The worst corporate hotel. Wifi didn't work. Ultra small rooms. Breakfast was horrible. It's way below 3 star hotel. Also extra charges for everything. They also charged one day extra money in the name of retention charge.

We are staying this hotel last 6 months. Hotel 🏨staffs is very polite friendly, Thanks to Aditya from fnb team. He served the food was very good. And from housekeeping team Biju he is doing his job in proper way. Again Thanks to Aditya and Biju. we appreciate your work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
