We were stayed in this hotel for 4 days and celebrated 31st December over here..it was good experience..hospitality and service is good. Food is very good specially all non veg items. 31st celebration was awesome..rooms were good and clean.. don't hire cab from hotel it costs too much to travel and explore the city. Room service can be better but it was not so bad. It was little slow. Overall good experience and can think to come again also

Cons: 1. Don't take the garden view room, not worth the money. It's someone else's backyard. Maybe 3 star hotel view. 2. The interior looks like an high end apartment but not a 5-star hotel. No chandeliers or proper lighting. Can hear some works going around 3. Issue with Restroom door latches, once locked from outside - you have to call the reception to sort it out. 4. Light in the restroom is disturbing at night due to glass partition. Pros: 1. Amazing food, worth the money. 2. Service is good. 3. Location is good. 4. Rooms are big enough and good bed.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge varieties of options. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Best Hotel and resort to stay near Candolim

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Candolim! Chef Urmila Fernandes impressed us with her delicious Goan omelette, adding a delightful local touch to the breakfast experience. The staff, including waiters Dhanu, Vikas, Arshi, and Ankita, were incredibly attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Very professional front desk staff, too. Highly recommended for a memorable and tasty getaway!

Everything was great! modern look with nice food. Staff is always very helpful the only thing I will tell them to improve is their spa service experience we had taken 2 sessions and both services were a disappointment. I hope they fix this issue other then this is excellent hotel to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
