The hotel staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Very nice and warm hospitality! The rooms were cleaned well. The accommodations were comfortable and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Room service was also quick and dependable. It was a great time staying at the place. Much recommended for a staycation.

Great service and staff, very customer friendly. Also I got great rates. Very nice people , security is very good too. Food is super tasty and healthy. All and all very nice experience staying at Holiday Inn. In the past I had stayed with diff brands of hotels in Haridwar and Kashmir and didn’t have that good experience. So decided to change this time and got good hotel.

We love this hotel! They make us feel like we are coming home to family! Front desk staff has done everything to make our check in/out smooth. Breakfast options are endless but the staff is really what makes breakfast delightful! So many friendly faces! Even the room attendant became our best friend! Virendra was always so attentive! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Beds, shower, pool, ambience, gym, A/C…it’s all been wonderful!

I've checked in as a returning member a few times, and I must express my disappointment with their check-in process. The absence of assistance with luggage during check-in was unacceptable. Additionally, the limited breakfast options and the unexpected charge for cold coffee left me dissatisfied. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Firstly when I had the breakfast there was a (Hair) in my food, I don’t know how they working like that and how they cooking the food. Secondly before check out I went to washroom near reception area, and outside the washroom there was a bench I leave my small bag over there and When I came back from washroom I forget that bag and I did checkout and was heading to airport after 30 minutes I realise I don’t have that bag there was my some important thing in my bag, I called to the hotel they couldn’t find that bag at same place because from the staff someone steal my bag am 100% sure the staff steal my bag after that I called there so many times not getting any response. So be careful for there type of hotel specially Holiday Inn never go there and not recommended to anyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
