I would have loved to give a 5 star rating. They have great service, astonishing location, superb amenities and the food is good as well. Having said that while we were staying there was a wedding going on and the sound was just too much and our room which was far from the venue within holiday inn was constantly vibrating and we could not sleep well. They should be considerate of such small but very important factors as there are kids and old people who have challenges in such situation. We are paying huge amount for the stay and there is absolutely no peace in the evening time.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Holiday Inn resort, Mobor beach, Cavelossim Goa, and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝: The food at the resort was outstanding. The variety and quality of the cuisine, from local Goan dishes to international fare, was top-notch. It was a culinary delight. 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟: The staff at the resort were incredibly courteous and attentive. They were always ready to assist with a smile and made us feel like valued guests. Pleasant and Comfortable Stay: The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The lush surroundings and proximity to the beach added to the overall charm. Beach grill bar is really an awesome beach view bar.❤️ In summary, Holiday Inn resort Mobor beach ,Cavelossim Goa offers an exceptional experience in terms of hospitality, food, courteous staff, and a pleasant stay. It's a 5-star destination for a memorable getaway.

We had stayed here for 3 nights 4 days and just checked out today and we are already missing the place. It’s located right on beach, excellent landscaping, private beach a few steps away from our room. The pool is clean and well maintained. The food, cleanliness, staff, rooms are all excellent. We liked the live music or some of the other shows during evening and at dinner. It has 3 restaurants, one at beach, one by the pool and the other near to pool as well and the food served there is all delicious. All 3 restaurants have their own ambience, You can go for this resort, If you want a relaxed stay and enjoy the family time.

I came here for the first time and I must say I am very impressed by the services of the hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and happy and have smiling faces. The facilities are outstanding for adults and kids alike. The best part is the private beach which is very clean. I had a wonderful experience. And yes thank you so much for the birthday cakes for my daughter.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
