We (I and my wife) are fortunte to have celebrated our 36th Marriage anniversary at 'Holy Water -Ganga Kinare,Rishikesh' . On 5th December, as we checked in, the staff of both ' Holy Water'and ' Ganga Kinare' properties (sister concern)offered us never to be forgotten experience with beautiful and personalized care and arrangements for our Special day. We are given complimentary tea and participation in Shri Gangaji Aarti at private ghat of Hotel 'Ganga Kinare 'although We had booked only Holy Water stay. The complimentary breakfast was served next morning in their restaurant of 'Holy Water' having classic and beautiful ambience with utmost regard and hospitality. No doubt it will need too much space to praise their hospitality during our stay at Rishikesh which We booked online. And just informed them that the stay day is our Special day. Rest they themselves taken care of. We will just book Holy Water only whenever We will come to Rishikesh.The staff of both hotels was welcoming, caring, and sweet nature. Specially We would like to Thank both madams at reception and restaurant of Holy Water property and Mr. Mahadev at Ganga Kinare property . At just Ordinary pricing We were given royal treatment. Again Thanks to Holy Water!

One of the best hotels in Rishikesh. We stayed in a family room for 2 nights and everything was perfect. Staff is really polite and courteous. Food is really good. Overall a worthwhile experience.

One of the best hotels in Rishikesh. We stayed in a family room for 2 nights and everything was perfect. Staff is really polite and courteous. Food is really good. Overall a worthwhile experience.

A good hotel with warm and courteous staff. The service in the dining hall is truly based on Hindu Sanatana Dharma principles of eating a Sattvic meal, devoid of onion or garlic, based on a temple theme. The Ganga harathi is a real treat on its own private river front or ghat. Its proximity to AIIMS Rishikesh is another plus point.

Thankfully we only had one night in this hotel, otherwise we wouldn't have seen Rishikesh: everything (service, rooms, food...hell, even the smell! is good). As far as I'm concerned, this should be a 5 star hotel. Thankfully, their price is way below what they offer. Truly a great hotel, thanks everyone for making our last day in India a little less sad 🙂

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
