Hometel Chandigarh was an enjoyable experience filled with delightful surprises and thoughtful details. One of the highlights was the abundance of fun lights throughout the hotel. They added a playful touch, creating an atmosphere that was both vibrant and entertaining. It was a unique feature that stood out and added to the overall charm. The room was well-designed, providing ample space for storing bags and personal items. A cozy seating area beside the window offered a picturesque view of the building opposite and the bustling food market below. This thoughtful setup created a pleasant spot to unwind and take in the local scene. The bathroom was equipped with cleansing product dispensers, a convenient and eco-friendly touch that added to the hotel's commitment to sustainability. It made the stay more comfortable and eliminated the need for single-use toiletries. The morning room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring our room was well-maintained and ready for the day. It added a touch of luxury to the overall experience, allowing us to start each day in a fresh and well-organized space. The provision of complimentary bottles of water was a small yet appreciated gesture, especially after a day of exploration or travel. It's a nice hotel with good hospitality. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. Washroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and full of varieties. It was nice to find proper parking area for cars. Staff service was also professional. The only thing that could bother is the price because it's too much for a single day and there are additional charges too in case you have eaten the snacks provided by them in the rooms. Otherwise the hotel is really nice.

This hotel nails it for the service! Exceedingly well trained and well behaved staff that is supportive and forthcoming. Very professional and helpful. From the house keeping staff to the executives at the Restaurant, the experience has been fabulous till now. Mr Anoop and Mr Amit at the restaurant deserve a special mention for their conduct towards all the guests. Keep it up. Location is the main USP for the hotel. Central to the main attractions and walking distance to Elante ! Superb experience.

Hotel with the nonsense staff. They don’t know how to behave with guests and kids. They are totally useless. I booked the rooms for me after reaching hotel late night hotel staff started making excuses for rooms and after that his front office executive Parminder doing arguments and he also misbehave with my family and kids for no reason. We have prepaid booking from make my trip. Might be they don’t have rooms or sold it on upper price to someone else. … but my request to all plz be careful while booking this hotel. Also they don’t have clean rooms …. Thanx

Comfortable stay. The service team is very polite and very helpful. They also helped us weigh our bags before leaving for the airport. 24*7 room service is also very convenient. Service staff Shri Krishna and security staff Prem Kumar were pleasant to interact with and assisted us in check in and check out gracefully.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
