If only I could give negative ratings. Worst experience. We booked Room number 27 and 28 and the rooms were hardly maintained. There was constant lingering dampness smell and upon complaint they just sprayed the room freshner and didn't even considered my request to change the room even after quoting the fact that we have 4 months old baby with us and constant dampness smell is not good for baby. They also denied to refund the money upon asking them to cancel the booking as rooms are not at all livable. Unfortunately we had to spend the night there. Rooms are do dark without proper light arrangements they just have few night bulbs setup there. There were no slippers in the washroom and upon requesting they said neither do they provide nor any other customers requests for bathroom slippers. We have to wait for 1 hour for them to arrange hand wash in the bathrooms and further 1 hour for them to find the room keys for one of the room before we head out to explore the nearby areas. Mr and Mrs Chinoy who are the owners of this property are not even there to physically verify the cleanliness and standard of service which their employees are providing it to customers. My advice is to not book this hotel. Even if you happen to book it, then please avoid room number 27 and 28. Try other nearby hotels which are of same rate and have much high standards.

I extend my thanks to Mr. A Chinoy the owner himself for a seamless booking and to Kiran for outstanding service at Honeywood. Their professionalism made my stay delightful. The location, is a must for those seeking a silent yet pleasant atmosphere, added to the overall charm. The accommodations exceeded expectations, ensuring a memorable experience. Kudos to the team for creating a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. Highly recommended !

This is an amazing place in budget. Whenever I visit any nature place I always choose a Stay which is close to nature this is where it hit all the ticks. Service staff is also helpfully and cooperative. Food taste great but I feel it was overpriced. Omelette was the only thing where I got disappointment. It was smelling bad I don't the reason why. Rest all good and would love to visit again.

This hotel left much to be desired. The room was marred by a persistent unpleasant odor, significantly impacting the overall stay. The unprofessionalism of the staff further added to the disappointment, with their lack of responsiveness to concerns. This experience fell short of basic expectations, leaving a regrettable impression that overshadows any potential positives. This hotel need to prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction for a truly enjoyable stay."

The proprty is aged now and that shows in the rooms and especially bathrooms. Service was good. They do have a lot of restrictions in their rules like can't bring outside food, can't play music, can't dry clothes in rooms, etc. The geyser was a hit and a miss, the drainage system in the bathroom was a mess. The location is great, but the view isn't what appears in their photos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
