It’s an excellent place to stay. Our best experience staying there. Location is amazing and very close to temple. Place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. Rooms were neat and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Room was good but washroom has a issue like shower 🚿 flow was very slow and even hand shower was not good,flow of water was very slow. Bedsheet was damaged for one bed and towel needs to be more clean though we have not used it. These small issue is taken care then it will be good for your business and will refer more friend's

15/11/23 hotel 9 coin room booking what happened, we stayed, the room was fine Enjoyed, went to Sai Teerth, after that temple, everything, hotel staff too, everyone is fine. Ordered dinner at night, what a five star like food, no taste in the morning, breakfast ordered was very cold and very bad, we did not say anything to anyone, we returned everything, did not eat anything, paid in full We were very nice to you, the food is not good in your hotel, so who will come next time? Our mood got very bad because of food. We came back after eating food from outside.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Hotel 9coin. The hotel is close to the temple which makes it easy for followers to make frequent visits. The hotel staff is exceptionally cordial and warm. Their hospitality is something that I haven’t come across during my similar stays recently. They will cater to all your requests within no time and will make your stay wonderful. The restaurant food is great too. I spent 3 nights and ordered everyday from the restaurant. Didn’t face a single problem. The taste is very good and will not cause any health issues. Going beyond the mile, the hotel also arranged for cabs for outdoor visits with standard charges. I would recommend people coming to Shirdi to seriously consider Hotel 9coin for their stay. Hotel staff and service was very good. Location is nearby temple, one can go by walk. Their location is damn good not much crowded and it's a less traffic zone area. Own parking and restaurant also there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
