We stayed for two days . Service house keeping is brilliant and adds to the motivation of the Guest. Special complement and thanks to Mr. Jubin to support me on my wife’s transfer to airport and we as a family felt great about the hotel staffs and the hospitality. Will opt the same stay next time.

Very friendly staff from the hotel. There was a good telephonic conversation with Miss Anshika, she helped me a lot while booking 5 rooms. Very kind nature. Overall hospitality was very good.

We went in jan 2024 on winter season. The hotel is located at prime location. Near kashi temple gate. Easily by walking you can reach temple in 5 min. Price for hotel rooms were were reasonable. Annapurna temple is also near. ghats are walkable. Dashwamedh ghat is 600 m, godowlia chowk is 200 meter far. Autos or car don't go till hotel due to heavy crowd durring 9-10pm But they send there person to carry luggage We booked deluxe room for 3 persons for 4 days without breakfast. it was good comfortableroom, hot water all time available, room service, food was excellent, kettle was there to boil water, they have laundry service also as cheap rates, staff was polite, reception was good, overall we had good experience. They do cleaning also of the room everyday if you book for 3-4 days. Overall stay was pleasant, property was good. I would recommend to go if you want all amenities during winter Season especially Only one thing I didn't like they were charging money for mineral water they should have provided free. Also they were charging gst on mineralwater , better to buy drinking water from outside. Rest good experience we had. Pleasant stay

Perfect location Very close to the temple and easily walkable Rooms are decent and hot water availability is a plus Close to the Ganga river and Aswamedha ghat also Because it is on the main road, there will be noise/sound almost 24 hours Lift is also a plus and decent staff Prices are also good. But this may vary based on the time of year and any festive activities Very close to the help desk also

Although this place is quite near to Baba Vishwanath Dham, the services offered by them are not upto the mark. Firstly the hotel is not accessible by Car and one has to walk with all the luggage. The check out time here is by 11:00 AM and the staff would keep on reminding you whenever they see you. Even the food was too oily and not up to the mark in comparison to the money one pays for the stay. They didn't have had soap and handwash in their bathrooms, and we had to ask for it. Not recommended at all.
