I booked rooms for guests coming for a wedding reception. Ms. Deepa handled everything professionally , meticulously, in a very friendly and endearing manner.She was easily approachable, very friendly and always pleasant. Stay at Aadithya was comfortable and pleasant for my guests, which included old people and babies. Staff were all friendly and pleasant. A very good overall experience. I would recommend anyone to stay here👍🏻

Overall, a good stay and I would recommend it. The hotel is well maintained. 1. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is pretty comfortable. 2. Breakfast has a good spread of South Indian cuisines. This is the best part of my stay. 3. Room service is slow but manageable. The food tastes decent. 4. Location is a bit of a problem. The road construction towards the US embassy and hotel being on a one way, it's difficult to get around quickly. Note that, my own vehicle commute to the US embassy took more than an hour during peak hours. 5. Staff seems helpful yet very slow to respond to our requests. I think this is a matter of concern. 6. Wifi is pretty good. I was able to attend client calls without any issues.

Well mannered staff and good service . Can recommend this hotel to anyone. Food is tasty and fresh . Staff should be thanked specifically for meeting customers needs and their pleasing mannerisms. Head of front office MS Agnes Deepa is a real business executive who meets customers with dedication and commitment.. thanks to all staff ..,for their elegant and graceful approach .

Just stayed at Hotel Aadithya from 26.11.23 to 28.11.23. The staffs at the hotel were courteous, friendly and helpful. Special mention should be made of Mdm Deepa. She was very helpful in processing the checking in at the reception. The breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I would recommend my friends to stay in the hotel. Coming back next year to stay at the hotel.

Recently visited hotel in the heart of the city. The modern updates brought a refreshing vibe, and the central location made it convenient for exploring. Comfortable stay, but some areas still need attention to detail. Overall, a promising choice for a city-centric visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
