We took the family room with 8 beds. The location and the building and rooms are good. But since its maintained by government, usual things like staff unavailability, rooms being provided late etc can be expected. Though i informed by 1 PM that i would arrive at 4 PM, we got room by 6 PM. The front desk people are good and well behaved. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are clean, can be better. Ample covered Car parking is there. Complementary breakfast was not good like most other reviews. If not for bathrooms and room allocation time, would have given full 5

The rooms were excellent. I would recommend booking it online since online prices are cheaper than direct booking. Service was not good in case of complementary breakfast you must come at 9.00 even 9.35 means no breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from the main temples so you have to go by auto/own vehicle.

Great clean place to stay in Kanchipuram! Aathilaxmi was an extremely gracious and accommodating host. Food was tasty. Tea was done well, asked for a strong tea and it wasn’t burnt. Manager and kitchen staff were kind and informative. Would stay again and recommend anybody to check this place out. Location is less than 10 minute ride to shopping areas

It was a nice place for hotel Aalayam.Rooms was good,and the location was good, nearly all temples done.Hotel Aalayam was cleanly maintained,but only rooms available in online,check out times 11am to 11am no 24 hours check out time.Parking available in lot of.All temples nearly 2km to 4km.

A nice Hotel situated on the Vellore Road, 5 kms away from Kanchipuram. Clean hygienic, capacious A C rooms, wide car park area , Lift facility, a dining room also available. Moderate rent, it is otherwise called Yatri nivas having branches at Tiruvannamalai, Srirangam ,Rameswaram.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
