        Toh most worst hotel .and the staff specially the reception boy dont even know how to talk with guests .services maximum poor no intercom ,no services to room. And reception guy is even abusive toh females males. Never book this hotel. Youll fine better nera by on nice price

        Dear all guests, This is my first staying experience in agra.The hotel I selected from make my trip was Hotel akash deep.I have feeled very bad experience in that hotel and the manager or some authorised person is not ready to change my room after saying that it's a bad room and a bad experience.The hotel cleaning is very bad.I don't know why make my trip and other authorised dealers are supporting the hotel.They are not ready to satisfy a customer.The hotel only for or some jobs..Not for staying .Here by am attaching the photos also.

        We got upgraded to rooms better than deluxe ones and those were pretty good and beautiful. Service is ok and location is good.

        Well. I've been staying at this hotel for almost 5days now. Experience is bad from the first day in terms of the services and facilities. However, the staff is very good and polite. And also try to help the customers alot. However the bathrooms reek of cigarette smoke.The AC is set on 17 on my room and the AC remote is miiissiingg. Comfortable Soft beds❤️. However the water from the taps is salty...so for those with sensitive skin and palates,try and avoid this place unless really important. Really close to Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and some other important monuments.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
