Aashraya Hotel exceeded expectations with its top-notch services and courteous staff. The three-day stay was truly awesome, thanks to the polite and accommodating behavior of the hotel staff. Situated in a prime location, everything you need is conveniently available nearby, including the best restaurants. The added convenience of using the Ola app for auto or cab bookings enhances the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel went the extra mile by arranging a cab for a day of sightseeing, showcasing a commitment to customer satisfaction. Aashraya Hotel is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and well-serviced stay.

One of the best and most comfortable stays with family and kids that also within the heart of the city, where all the facilities and major market places are nearby. Mr. Arhant Jain at the reception was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean, spacious, and service at one call. Parking is not available however you can easily park it on the roadside if you have a driver.

We had a nice stay of 3 days here and really liked it. Hotel receptionists and staffs were friendly and good. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel resides in the center of the city which is a plus point. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

I came for vacation with family( 2 days). Stay was fanastic as staff are very polite, rooms are clean and tidy. Room serivces are also good. They provide good service in reasonable price. Overall it was good.

I stayed with my family for three nights and it was really good. Great service and right in budget. Srinivas and Arahanth hospitality was great. They helped even for travelling across places which was easy and budget friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
