I recently stayed in the Abad chain of hotels while holidaying in Kerala; I was here at the Plaza on the first night of my tour. My room was clean & very comfortable, with a lovely bowl of fresh flowers on the table. What a nice touch! The staff were welcoming, efficient & spoke good English & even prepared a fresh, tasty 'take-away' breakfast for me on my morning of departure as I was leaving before the dining room opened. The only problem I experienced was the inconsideration shown by other patrons of the hotel who had chosen to ignore the very conspicuous No Smoking signs. So there was the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke on my floor & in my room. But the air-con quickly got rid of that, so all was good. I highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Abad Plaza recently. Starting with the smiling ,friendly reception staff the whole experience was smooth. When we had trouble getting a taxi one day the Manager himself stepped in and arranged for one in a personal capacity. This willingness to help was felt in all areas of service. Thank you .

Fantastic place to stay. Rooms are really good. The service and food are top class! The location is convenient even if you want to travel around the city as the metro stations are close by. Also driving around from there is easy

It was a wonderful experience at ABAD PLAZA. The only things that were not held the expectations were the cleanliness. Even though the room was clean, it had the left over marks mostly stains on the ceilings, the coffee pot had bad stains in it and the cot also had some stains around it. The towel holder in the bathroom was all damaged. And the cupboard was not that clean. I requested a king size bed but received two twin beds which made a bad impression. Other than these small issues, the overall experience was primo. We really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. If you can avoid little issues, the stay will be awesome.

The premise is good and very clean. It is situated at a good location and isn't very far from the railway and the metro stations. The food was good and the service was also fine. Even though, I couldn't have a look at the room, I speculate it to be good as said by my friends. Overall, the hotel is good and offers a tasty selection of dishes.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
